Freedom By Design

A 12-week life design experience for people who’ve created space — and want to use it wisely.

Nothing is broken.
But something is asking for your attention.

This is a grounded, supported way to restore coherence —
between what you know internally and how you’re living externally — so you can design what’s next without outsourcing the answers, or blowing up your life.

🧭 12 weeks | Online course + weekly live group coaching with Coach Lisa

“ [This course] has been a game-changer for me.

I’ve done values work before, but never with the level of depth and intention that Lisa brought to this program.

Her facilitation was excellent - she created the space for me to see that when I experience threat-based or negative emotions, it’s often just information that I’ve stepped away from my values. That insight has helped me live more intentionally and authentically, making conscious choices about how I respond to situations.

I also loved the ‘3 lives’ prototyping tool; it’s such a clever, creative way to start conversations that might otherwise feel difficult.

This program has given me clarity, practical tools, and the confidence to truly design a life that feels aligned.”

You might be here because…

  • You’ve changed something — a habit, a pattern, a way of coping — and now there’s space you don’t want to waste

  • Your life works, but doesn’t quite fit anymore

  • You’re feeling done with coping and borrowed solutions, and you’re ready to choose with more intention and alignment.

  • You don’t want just another mindset shift — you want a way forward

This is not about fixing yourself.

Freedom By Design applies design thinking to your life — so instead of forcing answers or waiting for certainty, you learn how to:

  • notice what matters now

  • use emotions as information, not problems

  • test ideas gently instead of overthinking

  • adopt a bias toward action, without burnout

This is clarity without pressure.

"Lisa’s listening skills are outstanding. She was able to shine a light on things I could not see.

She took the time to learn more about me and also helped me discover what I really wanted.

She gave me useful tactics that I was able to implement and achieved a desired goal.  Lisa is extremely passionate, patient, smart and kind, I immediately felt comfortable and knew I could trust her."

A Different Kind of Group Coaching

Weekly calls aren’t lectures or therapy or the busy group coaching environments you're probably used to.
They’re Design Team conversations — a curated group designing their lives out loud, in a safe, no-judgment space.

You don’t need to be polished.
  You don’t need answers.
You learn as much by listening as by sharing.

The other humans in the Zoom room are also capable, successful, and navigating an internal shift they don’t want to ignore.

Getting Oriented & Design Thinking

We start by learning how to approach your life like a designer — with curiosity instead of self-judgment. This sets the tone for the rest of the course.

Values Lab (Parts 1 & 2)

You’ll clarify what actually matters to you right now and learn how to use values as practical decision-making tools, not abstract ideas.

Life Design Lab (Parts 1 & 2)

You’ll look honestly at how you spend your time and energy, then articulate your Life View and Work View so your choices make more sense and feel more aligned.

Integration Week

We pause to let things land. There’s a live call, but lighter content — because integration matters as much as insight.

Odyssey Planning

You’ll explore multiple possible futures instead of trying to pick the “right” one. This helps relieve pressure and opens up new options.

Prototyping

You’ll test ideas in small, real-world ways — staying focused on what’s actually in your control and avoiding overthinking.

Failure Immunity & Coherence

You’ll learn how to work with setbacks and uncertainty without losing trust in yourself or the process.

Design in Motion — Celebrate Your Wins

We wrap up by reflecting on what’s shifted and making sure you leave with a framework you can keep using.

You May Be Asking ...

You don’t need to have everything figured out.
You just need a way to move forward that makes sense.

“I really enjoyed the program. It was interesting in ways I didn’t expect, and I learned a lot more than I anticipated. Even some time after completing it, I can see how much solid, foundational work it gave me to build from.”
